All print orders are dispatched via Royal Mail as a fully Tracked service, with express (1-2 working days) and standard (2-4 working days) options available.

Prints A3 or smaller will be shipped flat, larger prints will be sent rolled.

Depending on the image printed, some paper types are more delicate than others when dark coloured ink is used.

Extra care should be taken when handling the following papers:

- Photo Rag

- German Etching

- Bamboo

- Hemp
