Fresh Aire is an independent fine art printing studio based in Leeds that specialises in making museum-quality prints for artists, photographers and galleries across the UK and beyond. Founded by myself (Alec Aarons), I set up the studio with the aim of helping artists to bring their artwork to life in the form of fine art prints by working with them, offering advice & guidance when necessary.

I first discovered my love for printing in the darkroom whilst studying a Photography degree in Leeds, appreciating the technical craft involved in crafting a print with light & chemistry. After university I then went on to work as a lab technician & then as a fine art printer in London over lockdown before moving back to Leeds to start my own studio in 2022.

As a result, I created Fresh Aire with the purpose of helping artists reproduce their artwork and offering technical support & advice for anyone wanting to invest in the quality of their prints.
